ChannelMind is an AI-powered platform that helps YouTube creators generate scripts, analyze trends, clone voices, and create audio content. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • AI Script Generation
  • Voice Cloning and Text-to-Speech
  • Audio Dubbing
  • Trend Analysis and Content Research
  • Teleprompter and Production Tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Clone voices without proper consent from the voice owner
  • Generate misleading or deceptive content

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using ChannelMind belongs to you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our AI models. ChannelMind's branding, code, and AI models remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChannelMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
